    • Three distinct 4-day phases focused on the core pillars of Technique, Power, and Speed
    • Includes on-ice, off-ice, and mental performance training
    • Phases spaced 3-4 weeks apart for optimal muscle memory development and lasting results
    • Provides expert feedback and follow-up to maximize progress
    • Suitable for skaters of all levels, from U9 through to professional athletes
  • One-Week Intensive Programs:
